AboutSo why create a community like this?
There are a lot of unpopular people, mostly called outcasts in this world. This community is for outcasts of the society. Only outcasts. Even the owner of this community is an outcast. Still don't understand? This community is created to gather all of the outcasts of the society and talk with each other and share some interests and experiences. That way we feel good about each other.
Some people don't feel good about being an outcast. Some know they're one of them, but are scared to admit it. This community makes them feel good (or even proud) about being an outcast.
What are outcasts?
Outcasts are people who are excluded from a society or system. Do we still need to explain?
What are the rules?
There aren't actually anything much about the rules. Just like the rules of the other communities, No profanity. No obscenity. No bashing (senseless arguements, trash talk, sexual preferences, flames, etc). No hentai. No nothing. And most especially, No popular people.
Who are not allowed?
Everybody is allowed to join this group, except popular people. This is an outcast society, remember?
Why build an outcast society?
The OS's purpose is to bring all the popular people down and overthrow them from their popularity! Just kidding.
